Back in 2011, when the first e-rickshaw was launched, it employed a battery of 35 AH lead acid batteries providing a range of 30-40 km and a charging time of 8 hours. As the leading battery-operated rickshaw manufacturers, we realised the requirement for a change to make our products better. Today, our e-rickshaws come with a 130 Amp Lead Acid Battery that provides a range of 100 km and a charging time of 10 to 12 hours . It also comes with Lithium Battery of 100 Ah option which has a charging time of 5 hrs to 6 hrs hrs with range of 90 to 100 km.

How much weight can an E-Rickshaw carry?

As per Government rules, 3-wheeler cargo e-rickshaws produced by battery operated vehicle manufacturers in India can carry a maximum of 400-500 kgs. We advise you to stay within the recommended load limit for the e-rickshaw as it can hamper the performance of the vehicles.
